Casual Elegance
This first-floor remodel began with thoughtful space planning and engineering. A load-bearing wall was removed and replaced with a 22-foot steel beam, allowing the kitchen to double in size. New finishes and furnishings were then introduced to create a light, airy space designed for everyday family living.
